Our eggs are laid in our specially designed nesting boxes inside our portable sheds, or “caravans”. Eggs are collected daily ensuring freshness and high quality. They are highly nutritious due to the hens access to pasture and a scientifically formulated supplementary feed in their diet. Due to the changing nature of the pasture out in the paddock, the colour of our egg yolks change from a pale yellow to a deep orange depending on the season.
